caller keeps dialing my cell phone but wont leave a message

Called said they were calling from the police and that if I didn't pay them come and arrest me. I told them I never had a payday from their company. but all they did was give me a chance to explain. They all sounded like they were Indian or some. I was passed to 4 people all who were no American. This a scam and no one should be doing this.

They Call 4 times a day EVERYDAY!!!! STOP THE MADNESS

Charged to our state government card - phone number last week stated temporarily out of service. Today, answered Prime Liberty...no such insurance company in US.

I work at an automotive dealership and "Regina" called to get a copy of a service invoice from when a vehicle was recently in for service. The vehicle is listed under the name "Hugh Kelly" or "Cross Trade Consulting" She asked me to fax the invoice to her but also gave me a fax number, which is similar and a mailing address to mail a copy. asking for my daughter's insurance information, and when I asked him which hospital he called from,he told me that he handled several hospitals and not sure which one she goes to? When I asked him the names of all hospitals that he handled, he stumbled and gave me fake names of the hospitals that i never heard of.

ask if I had an old car to donate they hung up
